印铺 — 服务协议
本协议是你与北京天怡宝宝数字科技有限公司（以下称"我们"）之间，关于"印铺"App（国际版名称 Stamp Carver）及其网页版的协议。你安装或使用印铺，即表示同意本协议。关于我们如何处理数据，见隐私政策，它是本协议的一部分。
一、印铺是什么
印铺是一个把你画的、写的刻成一枚章的工具：你拍下或选一张图，它在你的手机上处理成一枚章；你可以换印泥颜色，把章盖在照片上、做成一张便签、做成表情，导出成图片去用。
登录是可选的。不登录，你的照片、章和作品都只保存在你自己的设备上；登录后，章和作品会同步到你的账号，换手机也能拿回来。你的照片在任何情况下都不会上传。你也可以直接输入名字，刻成篆刻名章或签名章。刻章、盖章、导出不需要联网；只有把名字刻成篆刻名章这一项，需要联网生成篆书字形。它不是记录、打卡或日记类应用。
二、付费内容
刻章和试印不限次数，随便刻、随便试。章柜可以免费留下 3 枚章；想留第 4 枚时，需要一次性购买「印铺买断」：一次付款，永久有效，章柜不限枚数，没有订阅、没有自动续费，也没有任何抽取或随机机制。删掉一枚章，它占的位置会空出来，可以再留新的。印泥颜色、作品和导出功能始终免费，不因是否购买而不同。
通过 App Store 或 Google Play 购买时，交易由 Apple 或 Google 处理，我们不接触你的任何支付信息。付费内容属于数字化商品，付款成功、权益记入本设备的那一刻即视为交付完成。
价格可能调整，调整不影响你已经买到的东西。通过 App Store / Google Play 购买后，换设备或重装时请用购买时的 Apple / Google 账号在 App 内点「恢复购买」取回。买断以 Apple / Google 的购买记录为准，不随印铺账号同步。
退款由 Apple 或 Google 依其各自政策受理，我们无权代为决定。如果重复扣款，或付款成功但「恢复购买」也取不回权益，请联系 service@tybbtech.com 并附订单信息，我们在 7 个工作日内答复。本条不排除、不限制法律法规赋予你的、我们不得排除的消费者权利。
不满十八周岁的用户，请在监护人陪同下阅读本协议，并在取得监护人同意后再付费。
国内安卓官网版通过支付宝一次性付款，购买前须登录印铺账号；我们核验到账后将买断权益记入该账号。换设备或重装后登录同一账号，点「恢复购买」取回。不同购买渠道的权益不会自动互通；删除账号会删除服务器上的订单与买断关联，之后不能通过该账号恢复，删除前请确认并妥善保存订单凭证。支付宝购买的重复扣款、未到账、退款等问题，请联系上述客服邮箱并提供订单信息，由我们核实处理。金额以付款前展示的商品价格及支付宝收银台为准。
三、你的照片、章和作品
你的照片、你刻的章、你做的作品都归你所有，我们不主张任何权利。你用它们做什么由你决定，包括用于商业用途。
不登录时，它们只在你的设备上，卸载 App、清除数据、丢失设备都会让它们消失，我们无法恢复。登录后，章和作品会同步到你的账号；照片不上传，换手机后需要你从相册重新选回。重要的作品请用导出功能自行保存。
账号由你自己保管，请勿与他人共用。你可以随时在 App 里退出登录或删除账号，删除后服务器上的数据立即删除、无法恢复。对于同步到我们服务器上的内容，如果它违反法律法规或本协议，我们有权删除，情节严重的可以停用账号；发现违法违规内容请发邮件到 service@tybbtech.com。
请只用你有权使用的照片刻章。用他人的作品、肖像或商标刻章并传播所产生的责任由你承担。
四、线稿与我们的内容
线稿库里的线稿由我们绘制，著作权归我们所有。你可以用它们在印铺里刻章，并自由使用刻出来的章和作品（包括商业用途）；但不得把线稿本身提取、再分发或转售。
印铺的界面、文案、图标和 App 本身归我们（或我们的许可方）所有。第三方开源组件的许可在 App 内列出。
五、你同意不做的事
- 对 App 进行逆向工程或修改，或利用漏洞、伪造请求等方式在不付费的情况下获得买断权益。
- 把印铺用于制作伪造证件、印鉴、公章，冒用他人的姓名章或签名，或其他违法用途。印铺刻的是手工艺风格的章，不是任何机构的印章，也不具有印鉴或签字的法律效力。
- 利用账号和同步功能存放、传播违法违规内容，或以自动化方式大量注册账号、批量请求我们的服务器。
六、免责与责任限制
印铺按其现状提供。我们会尽力维持它正常工作，但不保证绝无差错。在法律允许的范围内，我们就印铺对你承担的赔偿责任总额，以你在主张发生前 12 个月内就本 App 向我们实际支付的金额为限。本条不排除依法不能排除的责任。
篆刻名章的字形由程序依《说文解字》的小篆字形和偏旁规则生成，字库里没有的字是按偏旁拼出来的。我们不保证它与某一家篆刻的写法一致；人名用字请在刻之前自己确认一遍。
七、如果我们停止维护
刻章、盖章和导出不依赖服务器，即使我们停止维护或下架，已安装的 App 和你设备上的章与作品都可以继续使用（受你的设备与操作系统环境限制）。如需停止同步服务或下架，我们会至少提前 30 日在 App 内和官网公告，并停止销售；停止同步前，你设备上的章和作品不受影响。
例外：把名字刻成篆刻名章要用到我们的服务器。停止维护后这一项不能再用；已经刻好的章不受影响。
八、协议的变更与适用法律
我们可能更新本协议，最新版本始终在本页，页首标明生效日期；实质性减少你权利的修改，我们会至少提前 7 日在 App 内公告。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（就本条而言不包括香港、澳门、台湾地区）；争议先友好协商，协商不成的，向我们住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。这不影响你所在地强制性法律给你的保护。

Stamp Carver — Terms of Service
These Terms are the agreement between you and Beijing Tianyi Baobao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for the Stamp Carver app (印铺 in China) and its web version. By installing or using it you agree to them. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
1. What Stamp Carver is
Stamp Carver turns what you drew or wrote into a rubber stamp: you shoot or pick an image, it is processed on your phone into a stamp; you can change the ink, press it onto photos, make a note with it, or make it a sticker, and export the result as an image.
Signing in is optional. Without it, your photos, stamps and works are stored only on your own device; if you sign in, your stamps and works sync to your account so you can get them back on a new phone. Your photos are never uploaded. You can also type a name and carve it as a seal-script seal or a signature stamp. Carving, stamping and exporting work offline; only carving a name into a seal-script seal needs a connection, to generate the seal-script forms. It is not a journal, habit or diary app.
2. Purchases
Carving and test prints are unlimited — carve and try as much as you like. Your cabinet keeps 3 stamps for free. To keep a fourth you need the one-time “Stamp Carver Unlock”: pay once, keep it forever, unlimited stamps in your cabinet, no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no randomised items. Deleting a stamp frees its spot for a new one. Inks, works and export are always free whether or not you buy.
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play; Apple or Google is the seller of record and we never see your payment details. The unlock is digital content delivered the moment the payment succeeds and the entitlement is recorded on your device.
Prices may change; a change never affects what you already bought. For App Store / Google Play purchases, on a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple / Google account. The unlock follows Apple’s / Google’s purchase record and does not sync with your Stamp Carver account.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot grant or refuse one on their behalf. If you were charged twice, or paid but Restore purchases does not bring the unlock back, write to service@tybbtech.com with your order details and we will reply within 7 working days. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, read these Terms with a parent or guardian and purchase only with their consent.
The mainland China Android website edition uses a one-time Alipay payment and requires sign-in before purchase. Once payment is verified, the unlock is granted to that Stamp Carver account. Sign in to the same account and use Restore purchases after changing devices or reinstalling. Purchases do not automatically transfer between channels. Deleting the account removes its server-side order and unlock links and prevents restoration through that account; retain your order receipt and consider this before deletion. Contact the support address above with your order details for duplicate charges, missing entitlements or refund requests on Alipay purchases; we will investigate and handle them. The price shown before payment and in the Alipay checkout applies.
3. Your photos, stamps and works
Your photos, the stamps you carve and the works you make are yours. We claim no rights in them; you may use them as you like, including commercially.
If you don’t sign in, they live only on your device: uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device removes them, and we cannot restore them. If you sign in, your stamps and works sync to your account; photos are not uploaded, so on a new phone you pick them again from your library. Export anything you would be sad to lose.
Keep your account to yourself. You can sign out or delete your account in the app at any time; deleting removes your data from our servers immediately and permanently. If content synced to our servers breaks the law or these Terms, we may remove it and, in serious cases, suspend the account. Report unlawful content to service@tybbtech.com.
Only carve photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for stamps made from other people’s artwork, likeness or trademarks.
4. The gallery and our content
The line art in the gallery is drawn by us and is our copyright. You may carve it into stamps inside Stamp Carver and use the resulting stamps and works freely, including commercially, but you may not extract, redistribute or resell the gallery art itself.
The interface, text, icon and the app itself are ours (or our licensors’). Third-party open-source components are listed in the app.
5. What you agree not to do
- Reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use any bug or forged request to obtain the unlock without paying.
- Use Stamp Carver to make forged seals or official stamps, to pass off another person’s name seal or signature as theirs, or for anything unlawful. It makes craft-style stamps, not the seal of any organisation, and they carry no legal force as a seal or signature.
- Use your account or sync to store or spread unlawful content, or register accounts or send requests to our servers in bulk by automated means.
6. No warranty, limits on liability
Stamp Carver is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working but do not guarantee it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The seal-script forms in a name seal are generated by software from the small-seal forms of the Shuowen Jiezi and its component rules; characters missing from the font are assembled from components. We do not warrant that they match any particular carver’s convention. Please check the characters of a name yourself before carving.
7. If we stop maintaining it
Carving, stamping and exporting need no server, so the installed app and everything on your device keep working even if we stop maintaining or delist it, subject to your device and operating system. Before shutting down sync or delisting we will announce it in the app and on our website at least 30 days in advance and stop selling the unlock; what is on your device is not affected.
The exception: carving a name into a seal-script seal uses our server. That one feature would stop working; stamps you have already carved are not affected.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top, and a change that materially reduces your rights will be announced in the app at least 7 days before it takes effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for this purpose); disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction at our registered address. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law where you live.

はんこ工房 — 利用規約
本規約は、はんこ工房（Stamp Carver／中国名「印铺」）およびそのウェブ版について、お客様と北京天怡宝宝数字科技有限公司（以下「当社」）との間の契約です。インストールまたはご利用により本規約に同意したものとみなします。データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定め、本規約の一部を構成します。
1. はんこ工房について
はんこ工房は、描いたものや書いたものをはんこにする道具です。画像を撮るか選ぶと端末内で処理されてはんこになり、インクを替え、写真に押したり、メモやスタンプにしたりして、画像として書き出して使えます。
ログインは任意です。ログインしなければ写真・はんこ・作品はお客様の端末内にだけ保存され、ログインするとはんこと作品がアカウントに同期され、機種変更後も戻せます。写真がアップロードされることはありません。名前を入力して、篆刻の印やサインのスタンプにすることもできます。彫る・押す・書き出すのに通信は要りません。名前を篆刻の印にする場合だけ、篆書の字形を作るために通信が必要です。日記や習慣記録のアプリではありません。
2. 有料コンテンツ
彫ることと試し押しは無制限です。はんこ棚には3個まで無料で残せます。4個目を残すには「はんこ工房 買い切り」を一度だけ購入します。一度の支払いで無期限・はんこ棚は個数無制限、サブスクリプションも自動更新もなく、ガチャ等の要素もありません。はんこを削除すればその枠は空き、新しいものを残せます。インク・作品・書き出しは購入の有無にかかわらず常に無料です。
お支払いは App Store または Google Play を通じて行われ、販売者は Apple または Google です。当社に支払い情報が渡ることはありません。決済が成立し権利が端末に記録された時点で引き渡し完了です。
価格は変更されることがありますが、購入済みのものには影響しません。App Store／Google Playで購入した場合、機種変更・再インストール後は購入時と同じ Apple / Google アカウントでアプリ内の「購入を復元」をお使いください。買い切りは Apple / Google の購入記録に基づき、はんこ工房のアカウントとは同期しません。
返金は Apple または Google が各社の方針で取り扱います。二重課金、または決済後に「購入を復元」でも戻らない場合は service@tybbtech.com に注文情報を添えてご連絡ください。7営業日以内に回答します。本条はお客様の居住国の法令が与える消費者の権利を制限しません。
未成年の方は保護者と一緒に本規約をお読みのうえ、保護者の同意を得てからご購入ください。
中国本土向けAndroid公式サイト版はAlipayで一度だけ支払い、購入前にログインが必要です。入金確認後、そのはんこ工房アカウントに購入権利を付与します。機種変更・再インストール後は同じアカウントで「購入を復元」をお使いください。異なる購入経路間の権利は自動的に移行しません。アカウント削除でサーバー上の注文・権利との関連も消え、そのアカウントでは復元できなくなります。削除前に確認し、注文控えを保管してください。Alipay購入の二重課金・権利未反映・返金のお問い合わせは注文情報を添えて上記窓口へご連絡ください。当社が確認・対応します。価格は購入前の表示とAlipay決済画面をご確認ください。
3. お客様の写真・はんこ・作品
写真、彫ったはんこ、作った作品はお客様のものです。当社は権利を主張しません。商用を含め自由にお使いください。
ログインしていない間は端末内にだけあり、アプリの削除、データの消去、端末の紛失で失われ、当社は復元できません。ログインするとはんこと作品はアカウントに同期されます。写真はアップロードされないため、新しい端末では写真アプリから選び直してください。大事なものは書き出して保存してください。
アカウントはご自身で管理し、他人と共有しないでください。ログアウトやアカウント削除はアプリ内でいつでもでき、削除するとサーバー上のデータは直ちに削除され元に戻せません。当社サーバーに同期された内容が法令または本規約に違反する場合、当社はそれを削除し、重大な場合はアカウントを停止することがあります。違法な内容は service@tybbtech.com までお知らせください。
利用する権利のある写真だけをお使いください。他者の作品・肖像・商標から作ったはんこの責任はお客様にあります。
4. ギャラリーと当社のコンテンツ
ギャラリーの線画は当社が描いたもので、著作権は当社にあります。はんこ工房の中で彫ってはんこにし、できたはんこと作品は商用を含め自由に使えますが、線画そのものの抽出・再配布・転売はできません。
インターフェース、文章、アイコン、アプリ本体は当社（またはライセンサー）に帰属します。第三者のオープンソース部品はアプリ内に記載しています。
5. 禁止事項
- アプリのリバースエンジニアリングや改変、不具合や偽装リクエストによる対価を払わない買い切りの取得。
- 偽造印鑑・公印、他人の名前の印やサインのなりすまし、その他違法な用途への利用。はんこ工房が作るのは工芸風のはんこであり、いかなる団体の印章でもなく、印鑑や署名としての法的効力もありません。
- アカウントや同期機能を使った違法な内容の保存・拡散、自動化された手段による大量のアカウント登録やサーバーへの大量リクエスト。
6. 免責と責任の制限
はんこ工房は現状のまま提供されます。不具合がないことは保証しません。法令が認める範囲で、当社の賠償責任の総額は請求前12か月間にお客様が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。法令上排除できない責任は排除しません。
名前の印の篆書の字形は、『説文解字』の小篆と部首の規則にもとづいてプログラムが生成します。フォントにない字は部首から組み立てています。特定の流派の書き方と一致することは保証しません。名前の字は彫る前にご自身でご確認ください。
7. 提供を終了する場合
彫る・押す・書き出すのにサーバーは不要なため、当社が保守を終えたり配信を停止したりしても、インストール済みのアプリと端末内のはんこ・作品は引き続き使えます（端末・OS環境に依存します）。同期サービスの終了や配信停止の際は少なくとも30日前にアプリ内と公式サイトで告知し、販売を停止します。端末内のデータには影響しません。
例外：名前を篆刻の印にする機能は当社のサーバーを使います。提供終了後はこの機能だけ使えなくなりますが、すでに彫ったはんこには影響しません。
8. 変更と準拠法
本規約は変更されることがあります。最新版は常にこのアドレスにあり、権利を実質的に狭める変更は発効の7日前までにアプリ内で告知します。本規約は中華人民共和国法（香港・マカオ・台湾を除く）に準拠し、紛争は当社の登記住所地を管轄する裁判所で扱います。お客様の居住地の強行法規による保護を奪うものではありません。
