You can request account deletion here even if the app has been uninstalled. This page covers Yijiang's account and associated data, not your Apple or Google account.

Request deletion without the app

Email an account deletion request

Or email service@tybbtech.com with subject Yijiang account deletion request. Include your sign-in provider (Apple or Google), account email or Apple relay email, and nickname if known. Do not send passwords, verification codes or model files. We will verify account ownership and confirm the request and its handling status by email. If you cannot receive mail at a relay address, tell us so we can arrange an alternative verification method. Email alone is not proof of ownership.

Delete in the app

Open My → Account settings → Delete account and follow the identity confirmation. You do not have to contact support to use this in-app path.

What is deleted

The active Yijiang account, login sessions, nickname and avatar profile, associated online chessman details and match summaries. Local models, checkpoints, replays and exported files are not held in our cloud; remove them on your device separately. Managed account database backups are scrubbed for the deleted account, with hourly retries if needed. A minimal internal identifier and deletion time are retained to prevent accidental account restoration. Operational logs may remain; include requests about retained copies in your email. 卸载App后也可发邮件至service@tybbtech.com，主题“弈将账号删除申请”，注明Apple或Google登录方式、账号邮箱或Apple转发邮箱及已知昵称。请勿发送密码、验证码或模型文件。我们会先核验账号归属，再处理并通过邮件确认状态。App内也可从“我的→账号设置→删除账号”发起，不必先联系客服。

删除在线账号、登录会话、个人资料和关联的在线棋手基本信息及战绩摘要；本机模型、训练存档、复盘和导出文件需用户自行删除。本服务管理的账号数据库备份会清除此账号资料，失败每小时重试；保留最小内部账号标识和删除时间以防恢复账号。涉及服务日志或其他历史副本的请求请一并说明。本申请不会删除Apple或Google账号。
