Email service@tybbtech.com with your device, operating system, app version and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, verification codes or private model files.

Local training

Training runs on your device. Keep the app in the foreground while it is training. Pause and save before leaving a training session.

Moving to another device

Export the chessman you wish to keep, transfer the file yourself, then import it on the new device. Signing in syncs your profile and match summaries; it does not download model files. Use the same sign-in provider to access the same account. Apple and Google sign-ins are separate accounts.

Account deletion

Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account and confirm your identity. Online account data is deleted; local chessmen and exported files remain under your control. You can also request deletion online after uninstalling the app. If your request concerns an older version that used Firebase, include the old version and sign-in method so we can identify the correct records.
