Stamp Carver — Delete your account
Signing in to Stamp Carver (印铺, developed by Beijing Tianyi Baobao Digital Technology Co., Ltd.) is optional. If you signed in, you can delete your account and all data synced with it at any time.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Stamp Carver and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
Without the app
Email service@tybbtech.com with the subject “Delete my Stamp Carver account” and tell us how you signed in (Google, Apple or phone number) and the email or phone number of that account. We will confirm and delete it within 15 working days.
What is deleted
- Your account record (the sign-in ID provided by Google / Apple, or your phone number, and the email shown in the app).
- Everything synced to your account: stamps (outlines, names, inks), works (layouts, note text), settings and photo fingerprints.
- All sign-in sessions.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; we keep no backup copy. Photos were never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete for them on our side. Stamps and works stored on your own phone are not touched. Server access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Purchases are kept by Apple / Google and can still be restored with “Restore purchase”.
印铺 — 删除账号
印铺（Stamp Carver，北京天怡宝宝数字科技有限公司开发）的登录是可选的。如果你登录过，可以随时删除账号和同步到账号里的全部数据。
在 App 里删除（立即生效）
- 打开印铺，进入「我的」。
- 点「删除账号」，确认两次。
不打开 App
发邮件到 service@tybbtech.com，标题写「删除我的印铺账号」，说明你是用什么登录的（Google、Apple 或手机号）以及对应的邮箱或手机号。我们核对后在 15 个工作日内删除。
会删除什么
- 账号记录（Google / Apple 提供的登录编号或你的手机号，以及 App 里显示的邮箱）。
- 同步到账号的全部内容：章（线条、名字、印泥）、作品（布局、便签文字）、设置、照片指纹。
- 所有登录状态。
删除后不可恢复，我们不留备份。照片从未上传，所以我们这边没有照片需要删除。你手机上保存的章和作品不受影响。服务器访问日志 14 天后自动删除。购买记录由 Apple / Google 保存，删号后仍可「恢复购买」。
はんこ工房 — アカウントの削除
はんこ工房（Stamp Carver／印铺、北京天怡宝宝数字科技有限公司）のログインは任意です。ログインした場合、いつでもアカウントと同期されたすべてのデータを削除できます。
アプリで削除（すぐに反映）
- はんこ工房を開き、「マイページ」へ。
- 「アカウントを削除」をタップし、2回確認します。
アプリを使わずに削除
service@tybbtech.com に件名「アカウント削除希望」で、ログイン方法（Google・Apple・電話番号）とそのメールアドレスまたは電話番号をお送りください。確認のうえ15営業日以内に削除します。
削除されるもの
- アカウント情報（Google／Apple のログインID または電話番号、アプリに表示されるメールアドレス）。
- 同期されたすべての内容：はんこ（線・名前・インク）、作品（配置・メモの文字）、設定、写真の指紋。
- すべてのログイン状態。
削除は取り消せず、控えも残しません。写真はアップロードされていないため、当社側に削除する写真はありません。端末内のはんこと作品には影響しません。アクセスログは14日後に自動で削除されます。購入は Apple／Google に記録されており、削除後も「購入を復元」できます。
