印铺 — 隐私政策
印铺（Stamp Carver）是一个把你画的、写的刻成一枚章的工具。登录是可选的：不登录，你的一切都只在你自己的设备上；登录后，你的章和作品会同步到你的账号，换手机也在。无论登录与否，你的照片都不会上传。下面逐项说明。
1. 照片：从不上传
你刻章用的照片、作品里的照片、以及由照片生成的缩略图，只在你的设备上处理和保存，任何情况下都不会上传到我们的服务器。
为了让你换手机后能把照片找回来，我们会为照片算一个「照片指纹」：一串几十个字符的数字，由照片的明暗分布计算得出。它无法还原成图片，也看不出照片拍的是什么，只用来在你从相册重新选回同一张照片时，自动配到对应的作品和章上。登录后，指纹会随章和作品一起同步。
2. 不登录时
章、作品、印泥选择、设置、是否已买断，都保存在设备本地。使用印铺不需要注册，刻章和盖章不需要联网（把名字刻成篆刻名章除外，见第 8 条）。卸载 App、清除 App 数据，这些内容就没有了，我们没有副本，无法恢复。
3. 登录后我们保存什么
你可以用「通过 Apple 登录」、Google 账号或手机号（仅中国大陆）登录。登录后，我们只保存同步所需的最少信息：
- 账号标识：Apple / Google 提供的一串用户编号；手机号登录时是你的手机号。Google 登录时，我们会保存 Google 提供的邮箱，只用来在「我的」里告诉你登录的是哪个账号。Apple 登录时我们不索取邮箱和姓名。
- 章：章的线条、名字、印泥颜色、样式与边框，以及刻章时在原图上的裁切位置（数字，不是图片）。
- 作品：作品类型、每一枚章在作品上的位置和角度、便签上的文字和「给谁」、照片的宽高比和照片指纹。
- 设置：盖章音效、触感开关。
这些信息只用于在你的设备之间同步和帮你找回，不用于广告、画像或任何其他目的，不出售，也不向第三方提供（下面第 6 条列出的服务商除外）。我们不收集你的姓名、通讯录、位置或设备标识。
4. 存在哪里、存多久
在中国大陆 App Store 或中国大陆渠道下载印铺的用户，数据保存在中国境内的服务器；其他地区的用户，数据保存在美国的服务器。两处服务器都由腾讯云提供。
数据保存到你删除账号为止。你在 App 里删掉一枚章或一件作品，服务器上的内容随之删除，只保留一个不含内容的「已删除」标记，用来让你的其他设备也删掉它。服务器的访问日志（含 IP 地址与时间）用于安全与运维，14 天后删除。登录状态在 400 天不使用后自动失效。
5. 删除账号与你的权利
你随时可以在 App 的「我的 → 删除账号」里删除账号：我们会立即删除服务器上的账号和所有同步数据，且无法恢复；你设备上的章和作品不受影响。退出登录则不会删除任何数据。
你有权查看、更正、删除你的个人信息，或撤回同意（退出登录或删除账号即可）。你的章和作品在 App 里随时可以查看和导出。如需其他协助，请联系 service@tybbtech.com，我们在 15 个工作日内答复。
6. 我们用到的第三方服务
- 支付宝（支付宝（中国）网络技术有限公司）：国内安卓官网版的付款由支付宝收银台处理。我们向支付宝提供商品说明、订单号和金额，并接收支付结果用于核验到账与发放权益；不会把章、照片或作品发送给支付宝。支付宝隐私权政策。
- Apple 与 Google：提供登录验证，以及 App Store / Google Play 的购买和恢复购买。
- 腾讯云：提供服务器；手机号登录时，验证码短信经腾讯云短信服务发送（会把你的手机号交给它用于发送这一条短信）。
印铺没有广告，没有第三方统计或追踪 SDK。
7. 购买
「印铺买断」通过 App Store 或 Google Play 购买，交易由 Apple 或 Google 处理，我们不接触你的支付信息。是否已买断以 Apple / Google 的购买记录为准，换设备后用「恢复购买」取回，不随印铺账号同步。
国内安卓官网版使用支付宝付款，购买前须登录印铺账号。我们保存与该账号关联的商品、订单号、金额、订单状态、创建/付款时间，以及支付结果中的支付宝交易号和到账核验记录，用于确认到账、发放买断权益、恢复购买和处理交易问题。支付宝处理支付信息，我们不收集银行卡号或支付密码。买断权益绑定付款时的印铺账号；换设备或重装后登录同一账号并点「恢复购买」。删除账号会同时删除服务器上的订单和权益关联，之后不能通过该账号恢复。App Store / Google Play 的购买仍由对应商店账号恢复；不同渠道的购买不会自动互通。
8. 刻名字
把名字刻成篆刻名章时，你输入的那几个汉字（最多 4 个）会发送到我们的服务器，用来生成篆书字形，结果立即返回给你的设备。这几个字只用于这一次生成：不保存、不写入日志、不与你的账号或设备关联。英文签名章和手写签名章都在你的设备上完成，不发送任何内容。
9. 权限、导出与分享
App 会在你第一次用到时请求两项系统权限：相机（拍一张要刻的图）和添加到相册（把导出的图存进去，只能添加，读不到你相册里的其他照片）。从相册选图用的是系统选择器，只交给印铺你选中的那几张。拒绝权限不影响其他功能。
你导出的图片存到你自己的相册；「分享」使用系统的分享面板，内容直接从你的设备发给你选择的应用或联系人，不经过我们。
10. 未成年人
印铺不面向儿童收集个人信息。如果你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人同意后再登录；未成年人付费请取得监护人同意。如果监护人发现我们在未获同意的情况下保存了儿童的信息，请联系我们删除。
11. 政策的变更与联系我们
我们可能更新本政策，最新版本始终在本页并标明生效日期；涉及收集范围扩大等重要变更，我们会在 App 内提示。

Stamp Carver — Privacy Policy
Stamp Carver (印铺) turns what you drew or wrote into a rubber stamp. Signing in is optional: without it, everything stays on your own device; if you sign in, your stamps and works sync to your account so they follow you to a new phone. Whether or not you sign in, your photos are never uploaded.
1. Photos: never uploaded
The photos you carve from, the photos in your works, and thumbnails made from them are processed and stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
So that you can bring photos back on a new phone, we compute a “photo fingerprint”: a string of a few dozen characters derived from the photo’s pattern of light and dark. It cannot be turned back into an image and does not reveal what the photo shows; it is only used to match a photo you pick again from your library to the right work or stamp. If you sign in, fingerprints sync along with your stamps and works.
2. Without signing in
Stamps, works, ink choices, settings and whether you have unlocked the app are stored locally on your device. No registration is needed, and carving and stamping work offline (except carving a name into a seal-script seal; see section 8). If you delete the app or clear its data, this content is gone; we hold no copy and cannot restore it.
3. What we store if you sign in
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or a phone number (mainland China only). We store only what syncing needs:
- Account identifier: the user ID provided by Apple or Google, or your phone number if you sign in with it. With Google sign-in we keep the email Google provides, only to show you which account you are using. With Sign in with Apple we do not request your email or name.
- Stamps: the stamp’s outline, name, ink, style and frame, and the crop position on the original photo (numbers, not an image).
- Works: the work type, where each stamp sits and its angle, the text and “to” line of a note, and the photo’s aspect ratio and fingerprint.
- Settings: stamp sound and haptics.
This information is used only to sync between your devices and help you recover your data. It is not used for advertising or profiling, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than the service providers listed in section 6. We do not collect your name, contacts, location or device identifiers.
4. Where and how long
If you downloaded Stamp Carver from the mainland China App Store or a mainland China channel, your data is stored on servers in mainland China; for everyone else it is stored on servers in the United States. Both are provided by Tencent Cloud. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, your data is therefore transferred to the United States; we rely on our provider’s contractual safeguards for that transfer.
We keep your data until you delete your account. When you delete a stamp or work, its content is deleted from the server; only a content-free “deleted” marker remains so your other devices remove it too. Server access logs (including IP address and time) are kept for security and operations and deleted after 14 days. Sign-in sessions expire after 400 days of inactivity.
Legal basis (where GDPR applies): providing the sync service you asked for (performance of a contract), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (access logs).
5. Deleting your account and your rights
You can delete your account at any time under Me → Delete account in the app. We immediately delete your account and all synced data from our servers; this cannot be undone. Stamps and works on your device are not affected. Signing out deletes nothing.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, to object, and to withdraw consent (sign out or delete your account). Your stamps and works can be viewed and exported in the app at any time. For anything else, write to service@tybbtech.com; we reply within 15 working days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Third-party services
- Alipay (Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd.): processes payments for the mainland China Android website edition. We send the product description, order number and amount and receive payment results to verify payment and grant the unlock. Stamps, photos and works are not sent to Alipay. Alipay Privacy Policy.
- Apple and Google: sign-in verification, and purchases and restores through the App Store / Google Play.
- Tencent Cloud: server hosting; for phone sign-in, the verification SMS is sent through Tencent Cloud SMS (your phone number is passed to it to send that message).
There are no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
7. Purchases
The Stamp Carver Unlock is bought through the App Store or Google Play; Apple or Google processes the transaction and we never see your payment details. Whether you have unlocked the app follows Apple’s / Google’s purchase record; on a new device use “Restore purchase”. It does not sync with your Stamp Carver account.
The mainland China Android edition downloaded from our website uses Alipay and requires sign-in before purchase. We store the product, order number, amount, status, creation/payment times, Alipay transaction number and payment-verification records linked to your Stamp Carver account to confirm payment, grant and restore the unlock, and resolve transaction issues. Alipay handles payment details; we do not collect bank-card numbers or payment passwords. Sign in to the same Stamp Carver account and use Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Deleting the account also deletes its server-side order and entitlement links, so they cannot then be restored through that account. App Store and Google Play purchases continue to follow their respective store accounts; purchases do not automatically transfer between channels.
8. Carving your name
When you carve a name into a seal-script seal, the Chinese characters you type (up to 4) are sent to our server to generate their seal-script forms, and the result is returned to your device at once. The characters are used only for that one request: they are not stored, not written to logs, and not linked to your account or device. Signature stamps from typed English names and from handwriting are made entirely on your device; nothing is sent.
9. Permissions, export and sharing
The app asks for two system permissions the first time you need them: Camera (to shoot something to carve) and Add to Photos (to save exported images — add-only, it cannot read your other photos). Picking from your library uses the system picker, which hands the app only the photos you choose. Declining either does not affect anything else.
Exported images go to your own photo library. “Share” uses the system share sheet, sending content directly from your device to the app or contact you choose, without passing through us.
10. Children
Stamp Carver does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (under 13 in the US, under 14 in mainland China, up to 16 in parts of the EU), please sign in only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Parents who believe we hold a child’s data without consent can contact us to have it deleted.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page with its effective date. We will notify you in the app of material changes, such as collecting more data.

はんこ工房 — プライバシーポリシー
はんこ工房（Stamp Carver／中国名「印铺」）は、描いたものや書いたものをはんこにする道具です。ログインは任意です：ログインしなければ、すべてお使いの端末の中だけにあります。ログインすると、はんこと作品がアカウントに同期され、機種変更しても引き継げます。ログインの有無にかかわらず、写真がアップロードされることはありません。
1. 写真：アップロードしません
はんこの元にした写真、作品の中の写真、それらから作ったサムネイルは、端末の中だけで処理・保存され、当社のサーバーにアップロードされることは一切ありません。
機種変更後に写真を戻せるよう、写真ごとに「写真の指紋」を計算します。写真の明暗の並びから作る数十文字の文字列で、画像に戻すことはできず、何が写っているかもわかりません。写真アプリから同じ写真を選び直したときに、対応する作品やはんこへ自動で戻すためだけに使います。ログイン中は、はんこや作品と一緒に同期されます。
2. ログインしない場合
はんこ、作品、インクの選択、設定、購入状況はすべて端末内に保存されます。登録は不要で、彫る・押すのに通信は要りません（名前を篆刻の印にする場合を除きます。第8項をご覧ください）。アプリを削除したりデータを消去したりすると元に戻せません（当社は控えを持っていません）。
3. ログインした場合に保存するもの
Apple、Google、または電話番号（中国本土のみ）でログインできます。保存するのは同期に必要な最小限の情報だけです：
- アカウント識別子：Apple／Google が提供するユーザーID、電話番号でログインした場合はその電話番号。Google ログインでは、どのアカウントか表示するためだけに Google が提供するメールアドレスを保存します。Apple でサインインではメールアドレスや氏名を求めません。
- はんこ：はんこの線、名前、インク、スタイルと枠、元の写真での切り抜き位置（数値で、画像ではありません）。
- 作品：作品の種類、各はんこの位置と角度、メモの文字と宛名、写真の縦横比と指紋。
- 設定：押印音、触覚のオン／オフ。
これらは端末間の同期と復元のためだけに使い、広告やプロファイリングには使いません。販売せず、第6項のサービス提供者を除き第三者に提供しません。氏名、連絡先、位置情報、端末識別子は収集しません。
4. 保存場所と期間
中国本土の App Store または中国本土の配布経路でダウンロードした方のデータは中国本土のサーバーに、それ以外の地域の方のデータは米国のサーバーに保存されます。いずれも Tencent Cloud が提供しています。日本からご利用の場合、データは米国に移転されます。
データはアカウントを削除するまで保存します。はんこや作品を削除すると、サーバー上の内容も削除され、ほかの端末でも削除されるよう内容を含まない「削除済み」の印だけが残ります。アクセスログ（IP アドレスと時刻を含む）はセキュリティと運用のために保存し、14日後に削除します。ログイン状態は400日使われないと自動で無効になります。
5. アカウントの削除とお客様の権利
アプリの「マイページ → アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除できます。サーバー上のアカウントと同期データを直ちに削除し、元に戻せません。端末内のはんこと作品には影響しません。ログアウトしても何も削除されません。
お客様は、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、同意の撤回（ログアウトまたはアカウント削除）を求めることができます。はんこと作品はアプリ内でいつでも確認・書き出しできます。そのほかのご依頼は service@tybbtech.com までご連絡ください。15営業日以内に回答します。
6. 利用する第三者サービス
- Alipay（支付宝（中国）网络技术有限公司）：中国本土向けAndroid公式サイト版の決済を処理します。商品説明・注文番号・金額を送信し、決済結果を受け取って入金と購入権利を確認します。はんこ・写真・作品は送信しません。Alipayプライバシーポリシー。
- Apple と Google：ログインの認証、App Store／Google Play での購入と復元。
- Tencent Cloud：サーバーの提供。電話番号ログインの確認コードは Tencent Cloud SMS から送信されます（送信のために電話番号を渡します）。
広告、第三者の解析・トラッキング SDK はありません。
7. 購入
「はんこ工房 買い切り」は App Store または Google Play で購入し、決済は Apple または Google が処理します。当社は支払い情報に触れません。購入状況は Apple／Google の購入記録に基づき、機種変更後は「購入を復元」で戻します。はんこ工房のアカウントとは同期しません。
公式サイトで配布する中国本土向けAndroid版はAlipayを利用し、購入前にログインが必要です。当社はアカウントに紐づく商品、注文番号、金額、状態、作成・決済時刻、Alipay取引番号と入金確認記録を、入金確認・権利付与・復元・取引対応のため保存します。カード番号や決済パスワードは収集しません。機種変更・再インストール後は同じはんこ工房アカウントでログインし「購入を復元」をお使いください。アカウントを削除するとサーバー上の注文・購入権利との関連も削除され、そのアカウントでは復元できなくなります。App Store／Google Playの購入は各ストアのアカウントで復元し、異なる購入経路の権利は自動的には引き継がれません。
8. 名前を彫る
名前を篆刻の印にするとき、入力した漢字（最大4文字）は篆書の字形を作るために当社のサーバーへ送信され、結果はすぐに端末へ返されます。その文字はその一回の生成にだけ使います。保存せず、ログにも記録せず、アカウントや端末と結びつけません。英字のサインと手書きのサインは端末の中だけで作られ、何も送信されません。
9. 権限、書き出しと共有
初めて必要になったときに2つのシステム権限を求めます：カメラ（彫る図を撮るため）と写真への追加（書き出した画像を保存するため。追加のみで、ほかの写真は読めません）。写真の選択はシステムのピッカーを使い、選んだ写真だけがアプリに渡ります。拒否してもほかの機能には影響しません。
書き出した画像はお客様の写真ライブラリに保存されます。「共有」はシステムの共有シートを使い、当社を経由しません。
10. 未成年の方
当社は子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得てからログイン・購入してください。同意なく子どもの情報が保存されていると思われる場合はご連絡ください。削除します。
11. 変更とお問い合わせ
本ポリシーは更新することがあり、最新版は常にこのページに発効日とともに掲載します。収集範囲の拡大など重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
