Beijing Tianyi Baobao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to the AgentOS platform (including desktop and mobile applications and related services) and explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using AgentOS. By using AgentOS, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information: Username, email, phone number, and other basic information provided during registration.

2.2 Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and unique device identifiers for service optimization and troubleshooting.

2.3 Usage Data: Anonymized statistics on feature usage and operation logs to improve the product experience.

2.4 AI Conversation Data: Content of your conversations with AI assistants, used to provide AI services. See Section 4 for details.

2.5 Transaction Information: Order details, shipping addresses, and contact information when you use product purchase services. We do not directly collect or store your payment account information (e.g., bank card numbers) — payment data is processed directly by payment service providers.

2.6 Skill Usage Data: Information about skills you install and use, for recommendations and platform optimization.

2.7 Log Information: Server access logs, error logs, and other technical data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving AgentOS services
  • Processing your AI conversation requests and task execution
  • Processing product orders, payment integration, and logistics tracking
  • Skill recommendations and personalized services
  • Account security verification and risk prevention
  • Product analytics and experience optimization
  • Sending service notifications and updates
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

4. AI Conversation Data Processing

4.1 Model Invocation: When you use AI conversation features, your conversation content is sent to one of the following third-party large language model providers, all of which have completed generative AI service registration with the Cyberspace Administration of China:

  • DeepSeek (Registration No.: 网信算备110108970550101240011号) — Purpose: AI conversation, reasoning; Data usage boundary: "Data for training" option disabled in enterprise account
  • Moonshot/Kimi (Registration No.: 网信算备110108896786101240015号) — Purpose: Web search, long context; Data usage boundary: Provider may use for model service optimization (see 4.3)
  • ZhipuAI (Registration No.: 网信算备110108105858001230019号) — Purpose: Backup channel, multimodal; Data usage boundary: Provider may use for model service optimization (see 4.3)

We transmit only the conversation text you actively input; we do not transmit your personally identifiable information (phone, email, device ID, etc.) to third-party model providers. All API calls are completed within mainland China.

4.2 Local Storage: Your conversation history is stored locally on your device and on our servers for cross-platform synchronization and history features.

4.3 Training Usage Disclosure:

4.3.1 The Company: We do not use your conversation content to train our own AI models, and the Company does not perform any form of model training or fine-tuning.

4.3.2 Third-Party Model Providers:

  • DeepSeek: We have disabled the "data for experience optimization" option in our enterprise API account, so your conversations are not used for DeepSeek model training.
  • Moonshot/Kimi and ZhipuAI: According to their service agreements, your inputs and outputs may be used for their model service optimization. If you do not wish to use these channels, please contact service@tybbtech.com.

4.3.3 Encryption Protection: Conversation data is encrypted using TLS/SSL during transmission.

4.4 User-Provided API Keys: If you use your own API Key to access third-party model services, your conversation data is sent directly to the corresponding provider without passing through our servers. API Keys are stored encrypted on your local device.

4.5 Sensitive Information Reminder: We advise against entering highly sensitive personal information (passwords, ID numbers, bank card numbers, etc.) in AI conversations.

5. Algorithm Recommendation and Automated Decisions

5.1 Algorithm Mechanism Disclosure: AgentOS uses the following algorithms to provide personalized services:

  • Proactive Care Engine — Function: Push content based on interests and active hours; Data usage: Your interest tags, active time statistics
  • Skill Store Ranking — Function: Personalized ranking of Skill Store; Data usage: Your skill usage history, installation records
  • Memory Personalization — Function: AI adjusts replies based on past conversations; Data usage: Preferences and facts extracted from your past conversations

5.2 Disable Personalization: You may at any time disable all the above algorithms via the master switch at [Settings → Privacy & Compliance → Personalized Recommendations]. After disabling, all relevant features will immediately stop personalized processing; you can still use all basic features. Toggling this switch does not affect purchased membership benefits.

5.3 Automated Decisions: AgentOS does not use purely automated decisions to make significant decisions affecting you. Measures such as account suspension and content filtering will be communicated through explicit notifications with appeal channels available.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

6.1 AgentOS integrates with the following types of third-party services:

  • AI Model Services: Conversation content is sent to model providers as described in Section 4
  • MCP Tool Servers: Tool services connected via MCP protocol may process relevant data depending on their functionality
  • Payment Services: Payment-related information is transmitted to payment service providers (e.g., Digital RMB providers)
  • Product Suppliers: Order and delivery information is sent to product suppliers for order fulfillment
  • Third-Party Skills: Skills developed by third parties may process your data within the scope required for their functionality

6.2 We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6.3 Beyond the above, we may share your information when:

  • We have your explicit consent
  • Required by applicable laws or government authorities
  • Necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company, users, or the public

7. Data Storage and Security

7.1 Storage and Transmission Location: All your data (including account information, conversation records, skill data, etc.) is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China. The API services of the three third-party model providers used by AgentOS (DeepSeek, Moonshot/Kimi, ZhipuAI) are also deployed within mainland China. This service does not involve any form of cross-border data transfer. Should future business needs require changes to storage location or cross-border transfers, the Company will perform separate assessments and notifications in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and the Measures for Standard Contracts for Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information, and obtain your explicit consent.

7.2 Retention Period: We retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless required by law to retain it.

7.3 Security Measures: We employ the following security measures to protect your information:

  • Data transmission encryption (TLS/SSL)
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive data
  • Access control management
  • Security auditing and monitoring
  • Regular security assessments

7.4 While we take reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security due to the open nature of the internet. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:

8.1 Right of Access: You may request access to your personal information we hold.

8.2 Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

8.3 Right to Deletion: Under circumstances prescribed by law, you may request deletion of your personal information.

8.4 Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw previously given consent, though withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8.5 Data Export: You may request a copy of your conversation history and personal data.

8.6 Account Cancellation: You may cancel your AgentOS account at any time.

8.7 To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy. We will respond within 15 business days.

9. Complaints, Reports, and Appeals

9.1 Content Reporting: If you discover illegal, non-compliant, or harmful content in AgentOS, you may report it through:

9.2 Account Appeal: If your account is suspended, you may appeal by emailing service@tybbtech.com with your phone number and appeal reason. We will verify and respond within 7 business days.

9.3 Processing Timeline: Reporting results will be communicated within 15 business days via email to your registered contact email.

10. Protection of Minors

10.1 AgentOS is primarily intended for adult users. If you are under 18, please read this policy and use AgentOS under the guidance of a guardian.

10.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without guardian consent.

10.3 If a guardian discovers that a minor has provided personal information without consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete the relevant information.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

11.1 The AgentOS web interface may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your login status and preferences.

11.2 You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.

12. Subscription Services and Auto-Renewal

12.1 LingXi Membership offers auto-renewable subscription services, including monthly and yearly plans.

12.2 Payment: Upon subscription confirmation, fees will be charged to your Apple ID account or other payment account. Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

12.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

12.4 Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, membership benefits remain active until the end of the current period.

12.5 Refunds: A one-time no-questions-asked refund is available within 3 days of first purchase. For iOS subscription refunds, please apply through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

12.6 Subscription Data: We collect subscription-related data including purchase records, subscription status, and transaction identifiers, solely for verifying membership eligibility and providing services.

13. Changes to This Policy

13.1 We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revised policies will be published on the AgentOS client or official website.

13.2 For significant changes, we will notify you through pop-up notifications, in-app messages, or other prominent means.

13.3 Continued use of AgentOS after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
